Funny. Batson was the worst scum ever in the company, hands down. That is really saying alot, I mean that is actually and amazing accomplishment. That is like winning the gold medal. __________________ "Now there's only 3 things in life I need Money, safe sex, and a whole lot of weed"

Free at last! -I just had my last day on Friday and am stoked not to have to deal with anymore ERAC crap ever again. I was with ERAC for over two years and I now work in Pharma Sales (big suprise I am sure) which is paying almost twice as much with less hours. I had some fun while working in gp30, but am not sorry I left. I can't wait until my fleet company sets me up with a rental so I can go in and harrass the MTs. I would have to say that above all else, GP30s downfall is the fact that the Sac area is tapped out on Growth. The last two area manager openings have not been opened up and instead divided between other ARMs, which also sucks balls! Glad to be gone

You know the sad thing? The people who whine on this blog are just the few who didn't cut it. There are over 1,000 employees who are doing just fine. The GM is the most down to earth real person I've ever met. I bet most companies can't say that about their GM if they've even met him at all. I am in upper management and know a lot of good people and a lot of people I can imagine who are writing these comments. The truth is, good people make it because they work hard. These whiners who quit wouldn't have made it anyway. Don't be persuaded by this site. It is a great company with truly great opportunity. You can't please everyone--clearly. Your response is typical of some one in upper management. You know, I have been with this company quite awhile and I have seen several of you come and go too. An no, most of them were not promoted. They left because they too realized that Group 30 sucks. My biggest problem is that as upper management you have a responsibility to empathetic to your subordinate employees concerns rather than trying to guess who is "whining" as you so elequently put it. You are a perfect example of why Group 30 sucks.
