It is a sad state of affairs when branch managers are making less than their MT's. The rising cost of fuel is going to continue to make it difflcult for remarketing to try and turn a positive flip as there is no market for our large fleet of trucks and suv's. We are on the verge if not already entering a recession so there looks to be no end in sight of our income woes here in Group 30. I have talked to so many former employees who have jumped ship or were fired and they all seem to be much happier and I ask myself why am I here and how do I motivated my staff to produce the numbers that are expected of me when I am limited by these cost cutting measures that reduce my opportunity to earn a respectable OP and keep my ESQI up? I just hope my uninsureds stay low or else here somes another write......yeah that motivates me to do better.
Is that snake Troy Batson still around? He's a real dipshit.

I woked for ERAC for a while, even made it to ARM. The thing about working there is that you have to always look at the big picture. I left so that I could enjoy my family, and I tell you that I am making more money than I ever did as an ARM. It is crazy to see but there is not too many GOOD opportunities left. I stayed with ERAC when we had neg 200 in flip, it is not fun. You need to do something that will make you happy. The economy is not going to turn around for at least 2 years. Good luck.

It is very unfortunate how bad the morale is in 30FF. It seems that they don't try to fix anything. Someone puts in their two weeks and upper management acts like they had no idea the person was unhappy. Then they try to talk the person out of quitting by saying that they can address the problems but never do. Brett needs to stop looking at himself in the mirror and actually find out how his people feel about their jobs. Visiting the branches once a year as Santa doesn't cut it.
