Career Area Managers who have amounted to nothing

Why does group 32 let pathetic ARM who stay in the position for like 5 years keep their jobs? I know one ARM who just drives around all day and doesn't do shit.

idiot. 5 years is not a long time when it comes to area managers. typically they are in their position for a lot of times up to 10 years before they are either promoted or just quit. think about it, would you want to get moved out of a sweet do nothing job like that?
