It's been 2 years since I've worked for this shithole company. The other day I got a letter in the mail telling me I'm going to get $500 because I never got a lunch or a break even though I clocked out for lunch everyday.

The best part of the notice reads "The ERAC Defendants deny any liability or wrongdoing of any kind associated with any claims in these actions and contend, among other things, that they fully complied with all applicable laws."

What a crock of shit! They why the fuck did ERAC settle? Because ERAC knows if they went to court they would've had MT after MT take the stand and expose ERAC's unwritten shady policy of not lunching their employees. You fucking losers knew that you would've had to pay out way more and decided it was just cheaper to settle.

Was it really worth it ERAC? You have to pay out millions of dollars because you couldn't do something as simple as follow basic California labor laws. I bet ERAC still hasn't learned it's lesson and is still dicking over their employees.

We here at Enterprise may have, just MAY HAVE done you a bit of wrong, though we're not gonna admit it in public, but let us throw you a bone here for your troubles!" Wow, all this and a stimulus check from George W. Bush, and I'd say christmas came just a bit late this year!!!

It worked out pretty well for me. I got $300 bucks and I took all my lunches. I feel bad for all the pussies who couldn't say "I have 15 minutes left on lunch" or "It's getting late, I'm taking my lunch after I drop this guy off".
