Default Area Managers in Subprime Trouble

A lot of Area Managers in Gp 32 are caught up in the subprime mortgage debacle. Check PropertyShark and you can look up property by the owner. I checked my old Area Manager's house and that dipshit got a subprime adjustable rate loan 100% financing a couple years ago. Needless to say his rate adjusted upward and his home is underwater. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. i guess there is justice.

You know with his virtual MBA i thought they would have more business sense than to get suckered into adjustable mortages with $0 down. Well looks like a virtual MBA leads to REAL bankruptcy.

I think a lot of people are in subprime trouble. I know you like to think Area Managers are held to a higher standard than the average person making $100K a year, but with the poor ethics of some mortgage lenders, a lot of people are in over their head. I think someone should start a site on failing mortgage companies instead.

Area managers in subprime trouble... That's no surprise given their overinflated egos and subprime INTELLIGENCE levels. They think they kiss enough ass, finger enough pussies, and suck enough dicks that it's OK to live beyond their means and waste all their money on hookers porn and drugs while the little people are overworked and making diddly squat. And whoops, they fall behind on their house payments.

So the lesser-intelligent ARM would think, "OK, I'm falling behind on house payments, maybe I can encourage my employees through firing a few and scaring the rest, or trick them into withholding contracts to fuck up the 2pm count every day then throw them under the bus and then fire them so I get a larger paycheck. It'll make my books look good and I cut overhead by firing employees who can't hack it. Then my commission check grows larger than my erection. Or if that don't work I can ditch my pride and smoke my RVP's pole in the hopes I get a regional rental manager spot. Who fucking cares about anyone else? I don't care if your mother's dying of cancer, wifey's miscarried your baby, or daddy's in the hospital, make yourself useful and clean that Aveo and I don't fucking care if there's a homeless man's cum stain on the seats. All I care about is my bottom fucking line." Everything I've quoted is what is the typical ERAC area manager mentality.

I would love to drive past my area manager's house and see a sign that says "For Sale: Bank Foreclosure." Then I can honk the horn and say guess what, I quit, and it sucks for you.

I could not agree more! I bet my old Area Manager had to sell his boat to help pay for his mortgage and his mail ordered bride.

Like the last poster, I would love to drive by my old area managers house and see a sign stating Bank Foreclosure. Then I would drive to his studio apt. and take a shit on his door mat.
