The best lie the ERAC has ever told me....

"Every other saturday" or "You will only work 2 saturdays a month".
They dont tell you that the branch is shortstaffed and you will be guilted into working 3 sometimes 4! saturdays in a row. Otherwise, you get the "you arent a team player speech".

The recruiters lie to get you in.
The branch managers lie to get you bought in.
The area managers lie to keep you there.
The rrm/vp lie to screw you over and out.

Does that sum it up?

I was trying to get out of rental and applied for truck rental (I now know its just as bad as rental though) and the area manager of truck rental told me I wouldnt get the job but dont quit ERAC. He told me the grass is not greener outside of ERAC and that ERAC is the greatest company ever! Well I woke up from the ERAC nightmare and found a great job in which I make double what I was earning at ERAC and I work 35 hours a week. The grass is pretty green out here!

Given that current employees are not allowed to tell the truth, while ex-employees are free to do so, don't you think you've got your logic perhaps exactly backwards?

If you show up 5 min before the branch opens up.....youre late, and you cant leave when the branch closes.....they didnt tell you that during the interviews, they just add up the hours that the branch is open, and tell you those will be the total hours you work.

I worked at Enterprise for 2yrs back in 1999 and let me tell you the biggest lies that sum up why this company=slavery. The Recrutier tells you u will make 34-39k, RARELY WORK A SATURDAY

We do not condone drinking and driving.
No fraternization between employees/subordinates.

I agree, I never used as many drugs or drank so much fuckin booze behind the wheel like that of an erac POS. And I banged so many erac chicks it made me feel like I was in college again. Those were the days!
