Yeah I had the girl too her name was Michelle Harris. I remember ripping on her because she went to UCSD and she actually laughed too and kind of agreed. That John guy seems gay, I am glad I didn't get him. I noticed a few other things that made training class bullshit/interesting: -Tell the hotel your keycard keeps not working when in reality it is fine, they will give you free happy hour drink cards. -2:00 cheating is common/necessary -hooking up with co-workers is common -most managers do coke or something hardcore to deal with the bullshit they have to deal with. -training class is a week off of work for interns -sell ups are impossible because you will only have 2 cars on your lot at any given time -book don't look will get you murdered by your assistant manager -training does not teach the frustration of overnight internet res.' -you will wash cars often -the anal policy of getting cars from other branches/one rents. -the only friends/hook ups you will have are erac people and that they will be mad if you invite non erac people to their functions. -explaining PAI is more hilarious then a horse dick in a tiny mouth. -drop fees to almost everywhere and especially on sundays. Probably a million more

Lets not forget other things that training doesn't teach you: -If you have roommates that currently work for Enterprise or you are getting them a job there, get ready to hate your life. 100% of your entire life will be ERAC if you let this happen. All ERAC employees have to talk about is ERAC, it isn't their fault really, it is the only thing that goes on in their lives so it's natural that it is the only thing they have to talk about. -Parties- If you want to go to a party that a fellow employee is throwing to meet new people, guess again. ERAC people only invite ERAC people, so if you are looking to hang out with people you spend every waking minuet with even on the weekends at a party, then by all means have fun. If you not, then stay away. -Haggling. You will have every single stereotype on earth come into your store trying to work a deal. They are going to have 20 coupons, 3 family members that work for the company, and every single AAA and AARP card on earth. Have fun explaining to them that they can only use 1 at a time. Also have fun with the assholes that say they got a compact car in Toledo, Ohio for $30 a day but don't know why San Diego, Ca is charging them $45 for one (apparently they never heard of tourist traps). -you WILL gain weight -you WILL drink A LOT -you don't do drugs? Ha, guess what you are trying -you will shuttle people around for the good part of 3 months, especially if you work at 3244. -Elite to Eat is a bunch of kiss ass pretenders. You will see a lot of cock sucking going on here. -You want to get in at least 2 accidents. Then you get a day at defensive driving, and you get out early! -When you are wanting to move to a new branch, or want a day off, or even want some free lunch from your Area Manager...tell them you are thinking about quitting. You will either get to go home and take a few days off and think about it, or they will move you to a better branch, or you will get some good, expensive lunch with your Area Manager while he tells you why it's important you stay. -If you transfer anywhere around the US and you hate your area manager, quit before 90 days is up. It will screw him over. -Cargo vans are great for sex -If you want to take a break, offer to shuttle someone home. Then just go somewhere and relax for a little while. Tell your managers you were stuck in traffic, its California so it is believable. Barnes and Nobels is great to kill a solid "traffic" 45 min relax. -If you work at a sattelite, bring a lap top with you to watch movies on. The time will fly! -You are always sold out of cars if someone wants a pick up at 5:40pm. -Christmas, Thanksgiving and 4th of July are the only days your getting off. -You will realize that working at Jack In The Box in Chula Vista would probably be more enjoyable than working for ERAC. Especially when it is 92 outside and you are in a black suit washing a cargo van that went to Mexico.

I agree, i had fun, learned some stuff and can't see what you all are talking about. John was better than most trainers I have ever had. Tell me when you have had more fun in training. Some of you talk about drinking and hot tubs. Wasn't that fun? You must be bitter at a lot not just enterprise. So enterprise is not for you, good, leave and let it go. I'm here 4 months later, may quit may stay whatever. It's a job. You all need to do more with your energy. Boy all of you are so angry, get over it. Enjoy life. You're done with enterprise now go on to something else.
