Training Class Survivor

13 of us trained in that shitty classroom in Valencia. Fresh out of college we all thought this was the beginning of our new careers. Within three months four people quit, and by our one year anniversary there were only two of us left. I just got out of there, so only one person remains. From what I hear even the guy who trained us is gone. That just tells you all you need to know about ERAC.

Did you train with John Smith (the pilgrim)? That guy is such a pussy fuck! When I was in training he was bragging about he recently got married to his 20 year old wife! He is in his mid 30's. He was a complete ass at the training. Out of my training class of 11 only 3 still remain at the company.

Yeah, I had a training class of 7 and I think all 7 of us have moved on to careers.

HAHAHA!!! Did he give you those "Look at me, I'm Serious!!!" looks? Did he just go on and on and on about how "I'm from USC, and you're not"? Did he tell you about his dream life of living "oh, just down the road here in Valencia, thanks to ERAC"? Did he take you to claim Jumpers so that all the girls can be jealous of her "looks" and all the guys can "drool" over her? Please, he's been recently getting married to her for over two years now!!! Did he explain how he himself is purposely ommiting his real first name, trying to fit in the corporate world?

That guy was such a douche. He was my first sign that ERAC was gonna suck.

I had to go through this Douche's class 3 times. Twice as an intern and again when I became an MT. The third time around he said I wasn't allowed to speak at any time (guess he didn't like me contradicting his unrealistic portrayal of what it was like to work in a branch) and had me in the back of the room all day operating his power point presentations. Something kind of funny though was that I found what looked like semen soaked tissues in the trash can in his office on a Friday morning when I arrived early. I guess we all now know what he does on the Thursdays when the newbies are having their branch days.

Besides being a total douche the training class was a complete waste of fucking time. Almost everything they teach you doesn't apply to branch life. My Branch Manager told me to forget everything they taught me. Never, ever, use the word optional he said or explain that DW was optional. Never split. Explaining stuff to customers was a big no-no but they taught us in training to explain all this legal crap if the customer asked.
