ERAC would love for you to believe that you dont have to give up friends and family to work there. Its a sucky situation, because ERAC convinces you that the hours and the work life balance will improve when you get promoted through the system. So you work like a dog trying to get to that point when it gets better. Once you get there, you realize that you work MORE hours, and have LESS of a work life balance than you had before. Because as you move through the system, you are now responsible for other peoples careers and issues. Forcing you to spend more time thinking about ERAC than you should.
