I worked for ERAC for 18 months (assistant manager) then I got a REAL job in the REAL world. I cleared 68k last year, will do more this year. ERAC would love for you to believe that you dont have to give up friends and family to work there. Its a sucky situation, because ERAC convinces you that the hours and the work life balance will improve when you get promoted through the system. So you work like a dog trying to get to that point when it gets better. Once you get there, you realize that you work MORE hours, and have LESS of a work life balance than you had before. Because as you move through the system, you are now responsible for other peoples careers and issues. Forcing you to spend more time thinking about ERAC than you should.

Work out a Managers pay by factoring in the number of hours he works and you will see that it amounts to $20/hour. Advise, quit Enterprise and be a bartender or waitress/waiter and you will make more than that.

Retention is 66% year after year which means that after 3 years with the company msot of the people you worked with can be gone. Sure it happens but most people leave before 3 years. Is this normal for most businesses
