Ever notice that promotion time is usually preceded by a bunch of Branch Managers or Asst Managers quitting around the same time? And you think you got that spot because for your performace. Ha! ERAC is just filling slots. And they'll just replace you when they burn you out and you quit.

Really all you have to do at ERAC to move up is outlast everyone. I know of many examples of people who sucked and just hung in there long enough to move up.

Promotion Time usually happens in the summer and in January (Hiring Season). It funny because all the brainwashed ERACers say I know im going get promoted in May or June. Then, when the new MTs ask why does everyone get promoted at that time no one really tells them its because everyone quits!

Every summer the veteran asst managers and managers realize ERAC sucks and quits. Then the new crop of brainwashed MAs comes in, takes over then quits the following summer. Its just a ridiculous cycle.

I know, I used to be a BM. I just realized I couldn't feed that bs to my people anymore. Found a job that pays 85K, comp car and work 35 hrs a week. Fortunately, I have a great work life balance. You don't need to give up friends and family for ERAC.

You hit it brother...I managed a branch as well ...I gave up family freinds and almost my wife because of ERAC...I quit and now I work less same pay and I have a life...They preach work life balance.....man it is impossible.....Try to take off early to go out...take a week off in the summer and get the speech its our busy time can you go in the fall??
