It's not so much that ERAC is a racist culture. If you're lazy, people can see right through you. We don't care if you're white, black, pink, or purple. Just because you're black, doesn't mean you'll get promoted. If you think that, this company isn't for you. Go work in hood then, where you color won't matter.

If anything Enterprise is Racist towards the white male. If your a white guy I would advise that you take shelter in Truck Rental or quit. I have contemplated sueing Enterprise based off of their racisim towards white men, but I'm sure the case would get thrown out of court in California.

I remeber when a female black bm in NN almost quit. Sabrina personally came down because it would quote "royaly screw ERAC on there regional race quota." Thats a quote from upper managment.

it varies from group to group.....here in 36, area manager uncle b-rad has been known to be vocal of his dislike towards haoles (caucasians) and has even been overheard saying, "all haoles are dirty, they no wash their hands after they use the bathroom"......yet when you see him mingling with wheeler and wayne tanaka's blow job jb, who both happen to be haole, he doesnt seem to have any issues with either of them, lmao......then again, the insecurities of being a midget is probably the underlying issue.
