Default ERAC Employee Retention Survey

I am currently conducting a study, regarding Enterprise’s ability to motivate and retain a skilled workforce. I’d appreciate honest responses, however, limit the vulgarity, as I’d only have to edit it. This study focuses on the rental side of the business only, and my main objective is to receive feedback from current CRS/MT/intern/MA/AM/BM only, or any former employees of ERAC. Please provide as much detail as possible, and email back to the email address below, or just respond to this thread.

Thank you in advance.

Is Enterprise Rent-a-Car concerned with such a high employee turnover?

Can this work to the the company’s advantage?

What are the main reasons for employees leaving Enterprise at such an early stage?

What do employees believe could be done to decrease such a high employee turnover. What concerns are preexisting, and what concerns are newer?

What level of management has the most influence in controlling turnover.

Would the employee turnover rate be higher if employees of Enterprise had more confidence in the US economy.

Default Re: ERAC Employee Retention Survey

you know what's funny? a few days ago i came to this site to check things out, and there was a thread here in gp 32 about checking out gp 56's thread. appearantly, their gm was arrested for soliciting a prostitute. there is a link to the nashville pd's sight with the mug shot. i thought it was hilarious. yet the next day, the thread was gone. then it reappeared and it's gone again. whoever posted it mentioned that st louis would try to hide it, and now it looks even more true!!!

when you get the chance, check it out. hilarious stuff.

and i wonder if this will get deleted.
