I agree with everything you say. As a former counterpart of Alonzo's in region AA, he often tried to bully me and my employees into giving him cars or switching one of his piece of crap cars that broke down, which didn't work. He is definitely an upper management ass kisser and another rider of the RJ's golden scrotum for lack of competence at anything except kissing his ass. However, who can blame him for being lazy after being car counter for the last 6 years?

I worked for Alonzo. He was a nice guy, but was a total douchebag. His speeches of why he was leaving early or coming in late were excuses of him being lazy ( Wonder where he learns how to be lazy RJ)? The best part about Alonzo is after sitting his employees down one on one he thinks his employees agree with everything he said. he would always say " I looked up to Ryan Johnson like you should look up to me", In my head I was like "Dude, you drive from Thousand Oaks to Santa Barbara to get yelled at by customers for 12 hour days and then maybe get lucky enough to have an aveo on your lot at the end of your day so you can drive that piece of shit home. Ya bro, thats exactly where I want to be after working for a company for 5 years." In Closing Alonzo, you were nice to your MT's so they would kiss your ass and tell management good things about you, you always fucked over your Assistants (thats another story), and you are not as cool as you think you are; actually, you are one of the biggest douche-bags out there
