Default Region AA - Subsub Forum

Post here if you have something to say, since we don't have our own sub forum.

ok I'll start.

This sub region shit is gei, R. J. RRM up north will break more balls now than he ever did as an area manager.

Now it's your turn.

I agree. RJ is a tough love mgr. This can be good, however his consistent policy of promoting only his inner circle of 'friends' rather than genuine performers goes against all ERAC spirit and philosophy. This type of 'get on my team or your off' leads to resentment and turnover. Then again, ERAC's philosophy on management and improving management is piss-poor. They make no effort to improve the quality of management by backing up their managers with training. Everyone is quitting due to unhappiness. ENTERPRISE, Stop the vicious cycle!

The jury is still out on the subregion thing, though the north will suffer. R. J. has been riding everyone.

Obviously someone was not in RJ's "circle"...I was and it was glorious! Anyone know if RJ has let Kaplan quite yet or is he still just getting promoted?

I'd give it another 2-3 months tops, then people will start to leave. I've had many birds chirp in my ear, and well, unless people adapt to the changes, we'll see a lot of new people.

Well I worked for RJ (I am assuming you mean Ryan Johnson, correct me if I am wrong) from 1999 when he was an assistant manager through 200? when he was a manager at 3290, really rumors like that have been around since the dawn of enterprise. He is an excellent manager and really knows how to build "his" team. that is just the way the ship is run over there. I miss working their, but I don't miss the crappy pay or the long hours. I quit when I found out that my last branch manager made less than I did as an Assistant Manager. I thought they promoted those who made more for the company, guess not.

Ryan, stop posting positive comments about yourself. You know everyone hates your guts and just kisses your ass to try and get a piece of the pie. Go back to icing your ankles you portly f**k!

RJ will only promote young boys and girls that polish his knob. What a waste of so many better employees who did not get promoted. that obese stinky fuck has to bring extra shirts to work because he sweats like a dirty pig
