Default Region AA Problems? Issues?

This discussion board is fantastic. I used to work for ERAC years ago in Region A. What is new in that region? Sounds like it doesn't have the following on here as the other regions. I am curious to see who sucked hard enough to actually stick it out.

Maybe some good can come out of this. It's like having a union meeting for all you under-appreciated ERAC-ers.

Come on Region AA life slackers who still work for ERAC and and suck Ryan Johnson's dick, lets post!! Some companies have a rule that the bottom 1/4 or 1/3 has to be fired every year, kind of a Darwinistic approach. ERAC's philosophy is different, the TOP 1/3 (or with ERAC's retention rate 1/2) leave every year for jobs where there is a possibility of success and fair treatment. So if you are still with ERAC after 5 years, you are part of the 3-4% who hasn't got a clue.

I was a region AA slave for a number of years and realize with no time outside work to look for other jobs and a brainwash culture, it is hard to leave. Kind of like an abusive relationship where you get your ass kicked daily, but every now and then he tells you he loves you with a stern punch to the tit.

I am gone now for about a year and much happier, I hope you region AA who remain at least come on this site and post hatred about your jobs and management because it is fun to reminisce and healthy to vent.

List of successful AAers (five year plus) that haven't left lately to pursue better things (like my job)

Larry Craft
Mike Edwards
(Do he count?)
Ryan Johnson

I want to extend a personal congratulations and/or FUCK YOU to the following people who sucked my dick to stay with the company (thank god I didn't let them) and have moved on after more than ten years of slaving away for the shit company that is enterprise.

JT Hoffman
Rob Railsback
Dale Lane
Jon Kaplan

Renzo, are you still a manager???
