I don't think it is a mystery who logs in to this page and makes posts, so I figured that you can hear it from the horses mouth. I was "Mutually let go" and believe me, it was best for everyone. I put all of my blood, sweat and tears into making my branch as good as it could possibly be. I spend many nights until 9-10 at night and came in early. Unfortunately I made mistakes along the way. We did not nearly do what I projected and I paid the ultimate price for it. It was done fairly, I was given the opportunity to explore other avenues within ERAC, but I chose one path without opportunites. I am not going to make a mockery of Enterprise or Truck, believe me, it has opened a lot of doors that otherwise wouldn't have been open in my job search. I am bummed that it didn't work out, absolutely, but sometimes it is time to move on. I definitely hope that truck rental makes a LOT of money this year, because if not it will lose some more good people.

The best way to put my situation is that I did the best job I could with the skills that I possess and the tools I was given and it didn't workout.
