Default Reg BB Truck Rental Blows

Has anyone ever seen a more poorly managed disaster as the truck rental division in GP32. The RRM is useless and might as well have the title of Manager of Incompetence who preys on those he manages with utter arrogance. They dumped the over-frustrated and well-meaning RVP hoping that that would help. What they fail to see is a culture of incompetence and lack of communication. Favortism and slight are fair game in Reg B. Massive turnover is now considered a natural progression of a near-decade old "new" division---turnover this acceptable, are you kidding me?! Walk into a location and you'll see the most unhappy, underpaid, unappreciated -but then again who in ERAC isn't- employees I have every seen. Everyone in that division's management cannot communicate their frustration. They all were fed a line of crap to get into the division, hoping the Car Rental mantra of broken promises didn't exist in truck rental. Unfortunetaly, the promotion cycle always begins with a manager quitting. When this many managers are throwing their hands up and quitting, and a doctrine of understaffing is a way of life, what do you expect? Reg. B, get your head out of your rear and start running your business. Motivate management, stay spartan and nimble within reason, don't make promises that won't be kept, staff your locations properly, Stick a god-damned urine-soaked sponge in that no-good, non-respected joker Ajay's mouth and kick him out of that division, Start paying your managers what they are worth -which is a lot more than what they get paid now.
But then again, when you have a seemingly-endless wealth of 6,500 new college-entry hires every year, why really try to keep experienced management when there is some new sucker to take his place the next round of promotions.

ENTERPRISE, you have no shame. Your upper management is a decade (or more) behind the times. I worry for the day when your house of cards encounters a wind it can't withstand. Stop stacking away cash kids...your time to go public is coming. That'll teach ya!

From what I remember too many ass. managers and br. managers to count. 15+, not to mention MT/MAs, at my last count in 7 months. Kalman is out and some former car rental RVP (not sure which reg) is in. Business managers need to be CPAs too. I like what insider said, INCOMPETENCE!

AWESOME! Hate is such a strong word. This division is a joke, stay in rental----car rental that is. Car Sales, Truck Rental, Fleet Services or any other $$$$hitty division at Enterlies is a joke. They all leave car rental hoping it is less $$$$$$hitty===== guess what it's all the same. Everyone is miserable, they are just so scared to leave. Enterprise thinking is borderline Stalinist about their employee population.
I love their disclosure on revenue, why not spread that wealth to the most hard working employees on earth+++++ERAC employees.

I will try to keep this on the front page. This company, fosters anxiety attacks in all of its employees. People are clueless to the fact that the driving force of everyday operations at Enterprise is a focus on the uncontrollable. If you plan on staying, work out these issues. If you plan on leaving, you made a reasonable choice.

your right when will this company finally realize they need to change, and it starts at the top if enterprise was a good company so many people wouldn't leave, any company realizes its employees are its best asset, except this company they feel they can just go to the factory(college grads) and keep getting more people to replace the ones that left, we all know that this can't continue, remember u can't grow forever,

So I guess no one knows what happened to these people, or anyone else for that matter. Or at least no one's willing to talk.

I can't remember all of the names of all who quit/got fired, but it is mind-boggling. Of those you mentioned Ken W. & H.beach mgr are long gone along with many, many others.
Try to not get overly distracted by the name-game. This thread can be productive by getting to see your point of view as a former (or to you current) truck employee(s). I don't expect most people in Enterprise to read these posts. This venue is useful to get a unadulterated view of this division, and maybe used as a mediation tool or back-channel communique. I would love to see some change before I see another miserable employee feel forced to leave to save their sanity.
