| Wow...that is funny!! Sounds like the LAX branch has a lot cowards for upper-management! I'm sure that poor employee was trying to handle the situation on his own and got attacked. A customer attacked an employee point blank. I didn't hear that anyone tried to help the so-called "ticket monkey". Where was the assistant managers and branch managers while this was going on??? If the employee was an MT....the employee may or may not have known how to handle that situation. Well, it seem like a lawsuit can come from the employee's angle also. Ha Ha!! |

Good point. I thought they were supposed to have an assistant manager on the greeter lane to handle situations like this. That person should be held accountable for not being there. |

| They add assistant manager after assistant manager to the staff and they cant even follow the plans put in place to justify the addidtions made. Who knows how much money ERAC is going to lose trying to sweep this incident under the rug. Just another example of why 3220 (the jewel of group 32) cant seem to make any money. |

| I hope this employee sues for emotional distress/ wrongful termination. I don't see how the customer has a case. It seems like the employee has more of a case than the customer. The employee was provoked. Who were the assistants on duty? It was probably one of those scary ass night shift assistants who knew what was going on and then sent that employee to get attacked. Shame on you! I guess Enterprise better get ready for a BIG PAYOUT. Either to the customer and/or the employee. Great job 3220. |

| I think we may have all missed the point here. The employee STABBED A CUSTOMER WITH A PEN. C'mon, we all work in rental, customers get in my face all day long, I've never stabbed anyone. Say what you will about the company but don't you think management was in the right for firing an employee that stabbed a customer? FYI: He was in fact African American. |

Say what you will but this is just a testament to the customer is ALWAYS right. The employee was doing a DX and was attacked. Action/ Reaction. Even if the customer was hurt, didn't the customer provoke the act? The only thing the upper-management at 3220 did was showed that if any customer gets out of line with an employee, if the employee loses. What if the employee got seriously hurt. Then what? Lawsuit time. Something like this happened ini my branch in Georgia except the employee really got hurt taking a customer home. The customer got unruly in the car and beat the employee up. That employee sued, got paid and the big "E" kept it on the hush. Like the comment above. BIG PAYOUT. |

| Well, I guess that really made a difference. You know how they are prone to stab people when they get mad. Look at O.J. That must be a manager or something. |

| Ticket Monkey isn't racist... in fact I think he's bringing it back. Ticket Monkey 4 Life! |
