32DD, Long Beach

32DD has been going down the shitter ever since the last RVP left. He was a great manager, leader, motivator, and most importantly, a great friend. This new sorry excuse for a ERAC employee (current RVP) has lost soo many great employees. From MT's all the way up to Regional Mgrs. He is a real piece of shit!!! All of group 32 talks about how great DD once was and what a train wreck it has become. What I don't understand is WHY THE F*** IS HE STILL THERE???

Region D sucks. Let the bleeding continue. My favorit will be when Melva Diaz gets promoted, so our pervert RVP can have his dream cum true.

I think it is sad that you have no respect for your manager that you would say such things about him. Why don't you do erac a favor and leave the company if you hate it so much. I doubt there is anyone holding a gun to your head making you go to work in the morning.

I started this web site, and I'm a long-term customer, not a former employee. But I agree: one look at Failing Enterprise and any candidate should, if they have any brains, be running for their lives.
