For those of you who somehow made it through the last year and a half of Mr. Mat Lee's "are you fired up??" - I feel your pain. I believe the region started to go down the second good old Madison stepped into the office. We always wondered what the fuck was wrong with guy - he reassured the latest attendees of the Big Bear trip that he really is a lousy drunk who likes to spoke pot in the snow. We wont say anything to 99 about that though will we? I'm especially glad Michelle Kay is still around, that slut must still be sluttin it up with someone at 99, otherwise she would be fired for being the shittiest RRM ever. As for Brewer, what can I say - the guy has no brain. Enough said. Ever wonder how Bill Harris is still with the company. He looks like he should be retired, he acts like he is retired. God forbid someone forgets to fax the addendum - because that is the only thing he is actually capable of doing each day.

Congratulations to us front runners - pulling the alltime lowest ESQI scores - we try our best to make customers who had a reservation 3 weeks ago wait for 45 minutes and then tell them we are taking them down to the nearest branch to get them a car, which happens to be 13 branches over because the new assistant managers are to chicken to loose 1 damn car. Of course, it's all about running tight though. Thanks to Jensen my out of service is making heads turn. Thanks to loss control, my customers call every 2 hours and tell me that I should pull previous contracts because the bitch on the phone says it's not their job. Right - and I"m supposed to get their deductible?? Sometimes I just miss damage on purpose and then dx the renter because they didn't pack - don't tell bill i'm fucking old harris.  |
