One could only hope....we've been waiting for that to happen for 3 years. Not holding our breath anymore, just watching the good ones drop like flies around us. :(

I don't know how anyone around here in management keeps their jobs. We are very short staffed, the area managers are never around, and Gary Behm has never even been to my office that I know of.

ERAC will never be fully staffed. As you complain about getting help, they will hire one person as two get fed up with the bullshit and leave.

Then, in true ERAC fashion, they will try to play the savior role and say that they were listening to you and got that extra person. Completely ignoring the fact that they cant keep their hands on the employees they already had.

Now you break even on the people that you had, except for the fact that now you have a rook and a vet has left.

Fuck ERAC. Its a cult, get out before you waste anymore time there slaving away to make your managers payplan. You can make more money per hour pan-handling on the side of the 10 fwy.
