Hey, I was a friend of Alfie Gallegos way back in high school and haven't seen him since...did he marry Whitney?

Hmmm, another level three person "resigns". I believe Ben left on his own, but what does that say about the region. I have been around long enough to know that when area managers are quitting, that there is something seriously wrong with the region. That is supposed to be the position that we all shoot for, and now it looks like it is just a revolving door. Alfie, Ruben, Ben, Michelle Rans, that blond girl, etc...........Ugly, very Ugly. C'mon Kelly, dig in and see what is going on here instead of riding around in the big SUV all day. Which begs another question, what is the deal with area managers all driving black SUV's. Do they think it makes them look....tough? Kelly, Matt, and Stacy, spend some time with your people and ask them how they really feel, without holding what they say against them. You may just be able to save the sinking ship. Maybe.......

Ben was a great Area Manager - he actually cared about his employees.
Must've gotten fed up with the entire system - smart move.

Who got Ben's spot?

it's definitely the managers' job to approach his/her team to discuss and fix issues. If you are currently working with the company that you dedicated yourself to, please give it 90% at least, regardless of what you hear. Approach them for a change. Tell them exactly how you feel. Don't let them change you - You change them.

Thank you aristotle, but half the managers hate their jobs and are wanting/looking to get out. So why should they care? They just keep getting talked down off the ledge (of quitting) and are procrastinating moving on with their lives.
