Here are some key strategies that you would probably find in this book: 1) Hire Eager, ambitious college grads at a dirt cheap salary to keep salary expenses as low as possible. 2) Brain wash all fresh college grads to believe in ERAC, and suck them dry of all their passion, motivation, and innovative ideas. 3) Push out any employee that continuosly asks for more that a $1 hourly rate increase during reviews. Force them out by not promoting them or by dramatically increasing their work load. Let's face it, ECRAP knows these tactics exist and that they are key reasons why profit levels are so high. All burned out employees that leave are replaced by an endless cycle of desperate and clueless college grads. The best thing we could do is to expose these tactics to prospective customers (our families, friends, and acquaintances), and to discourage them from doing business with this shady company... |
