what seperates these branch managers from those "brown nosing chumps"? i thought maybe if we can find out what seperates the good managers from the bad ones then the enterprise employees out there that are branch managers can learn how to become good ones

the managers i have worked for that were previously named, all had one thing in common, they realized there was life outside of ERAC. They weren't standing there with a trident and red flames spewing behind them in a wall of fire trying to convince you to sell your soul for 50K and 120 car branch.

Bout time that Hoover left. Poor guy got screwed way too much. Where did he leave to go work for? I remember him saying he wanted to get into pharmaceuticals.

Last I heard he was interviewing for Pharmaceuticals. Im not sure if he got a job yet. He left ERAC not having one.
