i have talked to people who worked with Sam Attaei including assistants, MTs, and other local BM's, and from what i have heard, he is a great manager. he really looks out for his employees and treats them like they are family to him and i have heard that he always says good things about his employees. he treats them like they're his friends and knows that enterprise is a tough place to work at considering the hours that you have to go through but he does what he can to make working not feel like work

You know, 32NN really sucks nowadays. All the good people left, and most have left recently. I have been with Ecrap now 2 years and Ive had it. The morale is terrible. Managers quitting, many others on their way out. What kinda of role does that provide to us lowely MA's and AM? I cant name one manager who likes their job. Seriously!! They all are bitter. I think everyone should follow Hoover and get out. Just go. Leave. The grass is greener, well I hope, but from what I hear it is. Well, better get to bed. Its almost midnight, got to get my 5 hours sleep.

you have two options when it comes to interviewing, one use your choice days, but we all know ARM's won't let you use any days off without 2 months notice and then try to guilt you into not taking it, so forget that idea. The second is roll the dice, gamble a bit, take your vacation pay erac will cash it out and use that to cover expenses for as long as it'll last.

Wow. I cannot begin to explain how fucked up NN is. Its out of control BC is a complete, useless employee of ERAC. I have never been around such a lazy, worthless, uninspiring manager. Anytime he showed up to a branch you knew someone was in trouble. Never, ever stopped by to see how we are, oh, except when they were handing out the fucking useless Xmas shit.

I think the only time BC went outta his way for an employee was the day he suspended me. Best thing erac ever did for me. I got five days off, still got paid, and it was in july so i spent most of my time at newport beach. I think that was my greatest career moment.
