I heard her last day is tomorrow. But they are still trying to save her--the typical erac way, blow smoke up her ass to get her stay and then none of will come true. I am so proud of her, she is way to talented for this company. She will definitely be missed.

For has long as i've known marci she was looking for a way out, glad to hear she finally got one. Funny how things work, i know marci won't fall for that crap she's been around too long, she's not some four month employee who hasn't seen everything erac does to people.

Marci, Chad, Jen, & Hollie all put their resignations in this past week. They say that region NN was up for an Exeptional Achievement award ... I guess that went out the window for the dear VP

Funny my ARM convinced me to stay long enough so me quiting didn't hit his retention, then he got promoted, took off to Ohio and let Tom take my hit. The good thing about tom is that he wasted no effort trying to convince me to stay.

There was nothing really wrong with Hennagin. He is just very passionate about his job. I truly believe that he did fight for his people when he needed to.

Well, I used to think Hennagin was a good guy before he left. I think what he did to Hoover when he left was bullshit. What he did really made me rethink my decision to stay with Erac. After Hoover was demoted I bounced. If this is how they treat managers, then what the hell is the point. He screwed him over and then bounced. I am so happy to hear that Hoover finally left. If I were him, I would have left the day they moved him to Riverside/Corona. He didnt deserve that. Is that pos Kyle still around?? If anyone should have been demoted or straight fired, its that asshole.

I just think that its entertaining that all of the good people are leaving and the shady ones are still there. Just shows the way that ERAC works!
