Yeah, this guy is so lazy. As an assistant and a manager he never did anything. The only thing he does well is kiss tail. He actually to the RVP and Regional rental manager to lunch just before his area manager interview. Two others in the region applied that has alot of talent and respect from the other employees and would have done a great job but instead Brandon was lost to another group and Marci left the company. Those to would have made great area managers unlike this lump that half his branches complain they never see. But what can you expect that is the case of most of NN area manager. With the new rvp this region will tank. Looks like they are already bringing up the rear in IPC. Way to go Bob and crew.

Here's a notion, why don't other area managers and the RVP/RRM ask the bottom feeders at the branches MT/MA/AM who the best Managers are. They'll give you the real low down. Keep promoting politic playing assholes and the region will continue to drop.

What does promoting unqualified people/those without the best numbers tell the rest of the region? That the numbers actually do not matter. Thus performance suffers. UPPER MANAGEMENT reading this either:

How can one talk so much and so fast out one's own ass? Are you kidding me? JP is everything erac claimed to be. The guy is smart, loyal and he isn't two faced. I wish he was an area manager while I was there, I mgiht still be working there. The guy did more for peeps than anyone I've ever worked for ever, not just at erac. The guy freaking cares about his people, he still calls me just to make sure I'm doing okay and haven't gone postal, I haven't worked for him in two years. He has nothing to gain by making sure I'm doing okay now. He is directly responsible for me being in my kick ass position has an IT recruiter now.
You wanna trash someone at ERAC pick a better target. THere's plenty of them still there and JP isn't one of them.

I agree. I worked with JP for several years. He was and still is a good guy. Erac needs people like him if they are gonna survive. He is always very professional and cares about his employees. Do I think he could do better outside Erac?? Of course, who couldnt. If he ever decides to leave Erac he will have no problem getting a better career, one that can display his talents. It worked for me and its worked for a lot of others.
