32nn is the worst region in this piece of shit company

I hate my job, I cant wait till I get a new job. I have my 3rd interview with a pharmaceutical position Thursday. My manager is such a geek. This guy bleeds green like noone I have ever seen. I cant wait to tell this prick, whom I shall name "Lyle" to go fuck his fat, ugly as sin wife. I hate this place with a passion. My area manager isnt much better. Just had a kid and you would think she would spend more time away from her crap job and spend some wiht her kid. Im sick of seeing her ass at my branch. Someone needs to tell her to get a life. Enterprise blows

Damn. I hear that. I called in sick today because I have an interview with Wachovia. I cant wait to give my 2 weeks. In fact, I may just not show up anymore once I get the job. They dont deserve 2 weeks and I could care less if that makes me look bad. Screw Enterprise

I am happy to report that today will be my last official day at ERAC! What a joyful occasion! I am not giving any notice and will just walk away without words. Come to think of it, I might do it at lunch time. Why you ask? Because like all of you, I HATE Enterprise. We all have one, but this is my story.

Honesty and integrity? More like bullshit and deceitfulness. I just love squeezing every last dollar out of everyone to make a profit whenever I make no commissions on anything. Just a firm pat on the ass and a story that some day I’ll have my own branch. Give me a fucking break. $10.55 an hour really gets me motivated! I make $2.55 more than minimum wage. Are you serious? Employees at In-N-Out make over $11 an hour!!! This is a true story because I was doing a take back one day and the girl asked me about how much they paid me. She figured it would be in between $15-$20. I told her, she laughed, and asked if I wanted an application to In-N-Out. This is what I got my degree for? Oh, and I love how every single Assistant, Branch, and Area manager tries to kiss your ass and tell you what you want to hear in order for you to stay. It makes sense for them because they get paid on your retention because after all “if you’re not getting promoted they’re not getting promoted.” The whole business model shouldn’t be Enterprise Rent-A-Car. It should be Enterprise Rent-Whatever-The-Hell-We-Have. Cars are never cleaned thoroughly; oil changes are never done on time, and for that full size car you reserved, well we will get you into a gas guzzling truck for your wait. Seinfeld was right. There is NO POINT to having a reservation because it’s first come, first serve. Sometimes we don’t even have any cars because you’re supposed to run “tight.” So much for customer satisfaction. Oh and I just love being a taxi and therapist for nasty ass truck drivers who smell and are dirty. I also love cleaning up people’s shit when I have a line of 5 customers and no cars. Mind you I am only an MT. Why the hell would you let an MT run a satellite? Maybe they wanted me to skill. Ohh baby! A $.50 fucking raise. Yipee! Enterprise is run by a bunch of “yes” men and women who have been abducted and manipulated to believe the horse piss ERAC is selling. Can you make money? Like all businesses, yes you can, but it takes forever and you have NO LIFE until then. Everyone was put on earth to do something, ERAC vets were put on earth to rent cars, and if you are in that slim 2% margin I congratulate you. Maybe if I create a church of Motorology I can coin you into becoming a member. Enterprise wants their people to be “happy” and in doing so offer happy hours, free lunches, and elaborate holiday parties. However, they fail to realize that the #1 motivator and pleaser is MONEY! Pay us and we will be happy. Don’t give us that bullshit line that they want unsatisfied people because they want you to move up quick and grow. Please! The only way you move up is to MVP and the only way to MVP is to sell and the only ways to sell is to BE FAKE AND DISHONEST and charge hard-working citizens numerous amounts of money. Don’t get me wrong I loved some of the people I worked with, hated others, but disrespected no one. ERAC has some great people but they also got some cooks who don’t know an apple from an orange or who could manage a lemonade stand. To all of you who have been in my position and gotten out I congratulate you, for those of you to come I say open your eyes to the world, but to those of you who love it, keep loving it, just don’t come on here and defend your premise that ERAC is king shit because it isn’t. Not even close.

I don't know about the "worst branch" being the one you mentioned in your text ... trust me .. erac sucks everywhere .... everywhere at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The IE is full of shit as far as ERAC goes these days. Not to mention that you have some of the scummiest people in the world who live in Redlands and Riverside. Pretty soon, the only people who will settle for the low wages of a Mgt. Trainee will be illegals from Mexico. Can Andy Taylor get this done? In Southern California this might work for him.
