Yeah right. Nobody gets promoted out of UU. Its UU jail. People reading this do yourselfs a favor and ask who the last person was. Every other region gets people popped to higher positions outside the region. Lets be honest here, they don't sell you other opportunities in higher management in UU unless you about to quit, and its for laterals or worse opportunites. This way they still cover their own ass and save their retention numbers rather than them implying their helping you.
Their is defenitly positives to being an Area Manager but I think you missing the point of this website. This website is meant for people to talk freely about the issues that are hidden or never spoken of at erac. All you seem to do is defend the system. Your telling us stuff that every person in upper management talks about. Therefore you are exposed fairly easily.
Let me guess, your next post will be you pretending to be somebody else again. Nice try, and not everyone wants to be an Area Manager. Then why are so many Managers quiting.
