I wrote the Tim Albert comment, and it was not during business hours, but rather when I was home surfing the computer. Get your facts straight. Just so you know other departments have access to the internet, and you dont have to be RRM to get it, either. Do some research before you act like you know it all. You must be an MA, those people are so full of themselves. You've probably been an MA for over a year as well, and just haven't stopped being in denial about the fact that you're NEVER getting promoted!

Yes they do have access to the internet but not this site dumbass. At home, so you must be an area manager, that is what they call "marketing". The good managers find out how to do this as well. Its called PDM marketing-- at home.

While this is true (thats why everyone wants to be an area mgr) I am no longer in region U, nor am I actually in a car rental branch. While I work in Southern California I am based out of 3299. I used to be in 32UU. Plus I am only on this website when I get home at night. Keep guessing...

Yeah right. Nobody gets promoted out of UU. Its UU jail. People reading this do yourselfs a favor and ask who the last person was. Every other region gets people popped to higher positions outside the region. Lets be honest here, they don't sell you other opportunities in higher management in UU unless you about to quit, and its for laterals or worse opportunites. This way they still cover their own ass and save their retention numbers rather than them implying their helping you.
Their is defenitly positives to being an Area Manager but I think you missing the point of this website. This website is meant for people to talk freely about the issues that are hidden or never spoken of at erac. All you seem to do is defend the system. Your telling us stuff that every person in upper management talks about. Therefore you are exposed fairly easily.

Let me guess, your next post will be you pretending to be somebody else again. Nice try, and not everyone wants to be an Area Manager. Then why are so many Managers quiting.
