Please people look out and watch yourselves with RALPH RICHARDSON (he prefers Mark). This guy is without question only looking to better his own career, he can make you feel good to your face and that's about it. This dude is a massive jerk and his retention is for the birds ever since he took KO's spot. He ranks very high in the ass kissing department and claims to have a great family life eventhough his wife is probably having an affair because he's actually never home. Bottom line: Ralph only looks after himself, the only ass he covers is his own and will say anything if it means saving or helping his career over yours. In the end he looks out for no one but himself but tells his "team" otherwise. That said, I do wish him luck when Karma picks his name, because he will need it. That's truly how it is.

No I never did get burned by that brainless monkey but a couple managers I was close to did--I never allowed him the pleasure. And yes EVERYONE does cover his or her own ass but the point I want to drive home is that good ole Ralph is one of the leading morons sinking the ship in Region V. Watch your step with him because his integrity is zip.
