Upper management cant be sleeping well at night. How do you convince the younger people in the company that this is a good company when you see so many people just up and quit out of nowhere? What do you tell them? Oh, they couldnt hack it, or, it just wasnt their thing, or, this happens around this time every year...You can only dish out so many excuses before no one believes them anymore. What company that you know of, either personally or through a friend, experiences turnover like this. This is the kind of thing you see from McDonalds or Walmart. This is only the beginning.

I worked at Mickey D's in high school. I didn't have as much turnover as region Y just did in the last two weeks. Region Y needs to wake the fuck up! I heard Murph say this happens every year this time. Well then make it better. It's not the season, it's ECRAP!

If anyone believes even a quarter of the things that come out of Thomas Murphys mouth, they are a fool. A better question to ask him would be when was the last time that this many people quit at one time under his watch?

When you're as high as a kite you probably don't even notice people are quitting.

Region YY is so full of it. I heard they didn't have enough of a "talent pool" so they did fill all the assistant managers positions. And they wonder why people quit. Don't pass them on the damn MQI test if you don't want to promote them when you have a chance!

Region Y and "talent pool" should never be mentioned in the same sentence.
