Its a cycle, there will be 1 or 2 waves of quits, fires, "quit or get fired" every year. Its a given, it happens every year without fail. People quit and its a domino effect.

Usually happens at the start of the new year with people having a new years resolution of cutting the cancer that is ERAC out of their lives for good. The other time of year is the summertime when you ask yourself what the hell am I doing renting cars in 100 degree heat in professional dress, 10.5 hours a day while my real friends are out enjoying life.

All the positions will get refilled with bright-eyed bushy-tailed ERAC "fast-trackers" that think they can reinvent the wheel. Eventually they will be the next to leave, and the next crop of suckers will move into their place.

Long live Jack and Andy

"Movement" Haha! I love it. You guys are like f*cking wolves! Good luck taking advantage of another group of customers tomorrow guys! BTW, don't get your tie stuck in the vacuum while you're cleaning out a car for $10.00 an hour.

The only movement comes from people quitting. How can anyone get excited over that? These people are far from wolves. Wolves go out and hunt what they want. Region Y people wait for something to die on its own before they attack.

Somebody give me a high five.

32yy is struggling and will continue to do so. Here are the reasons why insurance rates keep dropping every year. Flip is a thing of the past. Managers keep leaving because they aren't making as much money as people think. In one of our last manager meetings we did a role play on employee retention, how pathetic is that. Last but not least the weekend special has not been so special for everyone. Enterprise has not been extending the special to people of lower socioeconomic status ( no internet no discount). Either Enterprise will start extending the special and the take the retention hit when managers don't hit their forcasted numbers or the attorneys will clean house when they here what is going on. Oh one more thing when some assistants make more than some managers and some managers make more than area managers, thats a problem.
