Rana should quit already. What the hell is taking her so long. She needs to figure out that nice is for kindergarden teachers, not for people who want to be slave drivers

Anyone notice how stagnant YY has been lately. How long before an Area Manager or dare I say, a Regional Manager gets moved to create some real movement. It seems like assistants are either quiting or moving out of rental. Then another MA will come take their place. This boring cycle seems to keep going and going. I can't even remember who the last new manager was. They keep selling you the 100k in 5 years dream, but where is the REAL growth and movement they talk to you about in training? I've always wondered why they strictly promote people based on sales. I never saw the coorelation between being a manager and dub sales, but I figured it out. All Area Managers do is sell the company to US! They have moved beyond selling to the customer and are actually selling this bullshit dream to their own people. Manipulating customers is one thing, but to manipulate the people you work with, thats crossing the line. Why would people even want to be Area Managers? You have to live that frat boy enterprise corporate culture every day of your life!

no....No.....NO!!!!!!!!! There is hope. Im going to hang in there and give it the good old green "E" for effort. I am going to wait and wait and wait until an area manager dies, gets a DUI, or grabs some girls ass. Then there will be some movement. After I burn 10 years of my life renting sleds and drinking beer with college kids, it will all pay off. I will be an area manager, then my friends and family will finally respect me for making such a stupid move out of college. Although I wont have any time to hang out with them, at least they will respect me. I will be some mid-30's joke trying to relate to the young kids and pretend like I have a clue, while everyone talks shit about me behind my back. I cant wait to be an area manager.

Actually getting a DUI is a requirement for getting promoted at ERAC. Didn't you know that?
