| Congrats, Im on my way out too....look at the signs on the wall. Area managers are assholes and lazy. Branch managers are quitting and getting fired???!!!. Assistant managers are incompetent tools that are getting promoted too quickly because managers are leaving. Get out as soon as you can. The longer you stay at erac the more time you are wasting. |

| -I hate it when I come back into the office after putting a customer in a car and there is an asst, a mgr, and 2 MT's all asking "did you get it?? did you get dub?? Why not...what did they say??" -I hate it when customers ask "So, what color is my Ferrari??" ....real f'ing original pal. -I hate it when you have to listen to someone blabber about the weather for 20 min on a pickup just to build enough rapport so you might just have a chance at selling them dub. -I hate it when you get sent on a pickup and management has neglected to tell you the cust is extremely pissed off because they are late to thier nail appt. and you dont have a leg to stand on in an argument because you have no idea what the hell is going on. -I hate it when you get slammed by a customer with a $1000 deductable and is only keeping the car for a day, it really makes you want to f' up the car yourself. -I hate it when a customer returns a car on a 2 month insurance claim rental and has no idea what the 60 days of DW and PAI are all about...and of course there are no notes in callbacks reminding the cust of this. -I hate it when a customer comes in with the rental checklist from this site thinking they are so clever...yes it has happened to me. But, we did have thier car right on time and they did take DW. (I think they left feeling pretty stupid!) -I hate it when I go to bed on Sunday night knowing that the next morning is going to suck, and the morning after that, and the morning after that...up until friday at around 5:59pm. Unless, I of course have to work on sat, and then I go to bed friday night knowing that tomorrow is going to suck. -I hate it when you bring a customer to another branch to get them going and the car they give you is dirty, has no gas, smells like east india, and needs a LOFR. That's a great team effort! -I hate the ultra-regular weekend special slammer that somehow gets an SUV or luxury for $15/day every single freakin' weekend just because we hooked them up once and then they flip out if you try putting them in anything else. You know your branch has a few of these customers. -I hate it when you are making a reservation and a customer says "oh, I rent from you all the time" and when you look in option 10 to see it they take dub they have 2 closed tickets for the last 3 years. |
