The bottom line is that he is one of the few good guys in that pile of shit that they call a company. It shouldnt matter what anyone does outside of work, that is their personal time. What does matter is that he cares about his employees and he has hand picked some of the best people in his region. Out of respect for him, if you know him...dont take this any further. He really is one of the last few good ones.
