| OK OK , let's put away all that anger and tell it like it is... Terry Baker is a great guy! And I for one, am very happy to see he is using his talents elsewhere. So you are angry that you had to work long hours and saturdays and hell even sometimes on Sundays. Guess what? THAT'S NOT Baker's fault! That's the job people. Terry's job was to make sure he manages and takes care of the people around him, and that is exactly what he did. What's next? Are we going to start bad mouthing Paul now cause you have to work for a living? If you take away all the ERAC anger out of it, I have never heard anyone be able to speak ill of the guy. How about we just congratulate him for moving on and seeing past the ERAC horizon... THE WORLD IS NOT FLAT!!!!! Congratulations Terry. I wish you the best on whatever you do. |

| This forum is pretty accurate. Members here rightly criticize the oppressive (which is the majority in ERAC) and praise the righteous (Terry Baker). When I worked at ERAC, Terry Baker was the only small speck of sunshine in this dark company. How he was able to work in such a negative and gloomy company is beyond my comprehension. If Terry could be positive, happy and energetic in a depressive company than he can be happy anywhere. Now Ed Butler and Tommy Murphey can safely run their totalitarian company with other power mongers like them. I wish Terry the best of luck in whatever he persues. |
