Congrats to him. Its about time to see a member of upper-middle management wise up and leave that shithole of a company. The rest of the area managers can rot there for life for all I care. He was the last person there that gave a damn about his employees. That region is going to hell in a handbasket. Who can you go to now when you want to have an honest conversation about your career, and not get lied to?

Thomas Mendoza once again. Terry was like a father to me once he left the heart of this reion left. All promotions over the last year have been by default. All of these people suck, all the quality employees work for real companies. All of the shitty dumbwhitted employees still work there. Take it from me all change must come from the top. Drop all the heads at YY and hire quality employees and someday you make make an OP. I hope you all know what OP is since most assistants dont even know how there pay plan works. Hey someone try saying your name you fags. Most these kids have shitty degrees and settle for the $10/hr pay, granted I have no degree but am still smart enough to move on. Hey ask Murphy were his degree is from. Oh yea thats right hey doesnt have one. OOOOOPs my bad. Maybe thats why this is all falling apart? Maybe because Ed is stuck in the 70's with his capitalist business ways. Hey you wanna make $14/hr work at fuckin McDonalds at least you will be respected. Peace
