OK, fact...ERAC will never have decent retention. The culture is built around having shit retention so why fix it now? Recent events are a great example.

How many people will miss the employees that left? A handful at best?

How many more will be happier knowing that now they have a chance to get promoted? Many, many more...And all those people could give less of a shit about the people that left.

Yet if everyone stayed in place, there would be no movement, and then everyone is unhappy. Interesting dilemma.

the only way to get a rouse out of ERAC people is to talk about coke or whos sleeping with who. keep it simple.
