| Is it really a promotion? Wouldn't it be more accurate to say it's movement instead, since they're are only stepping up into a position as a direct result of someone resigning or being terminated? Kind of like musical chairs. |

| If I were Haley and the new RRM I know who I would get rid of. How about an Area Manager who has been one for the good part of a decade, and loses more people a year than the company combined. I think we all know who that is, I mean if ERAC is all about opportunity, it surely is passing him by. |

| I agree with the guy/girl who posted above me, you are an idiot. This movement you talk about is a promotion, if you move into someone else's position and it is a step up then it is a promotion, doesn't matter if it is because someone quit, got popped, died, fired, etc. |
