Pathetic is too nice of a word to describe DT. Maybe he should focus on all his employees instead of his select little groups...then he wont have 3 people quit on him in a 3 week period like over the summer. Nothing continues to make me happier that seeing his retention constantly get screwed because his former employees could care less about him and quit with the hopes that he loses retention.

I am so happy Haley got the promotion over him because can you imagine him running a region? Hell no! I recommend everyone start hooking up with everyone so you're forced to leave his shitty area.

oh man totally. I never really liked Haley but he was better than DT. DT always tried to be buddy buddy with people even though he was notorious for having his favorites, and 99% of them were at 44. News flash: 44 sucks balls. If your idea of fun is NON STOP shuttling and writing insurance tickets or dealship/body shop tickets then 44 is the place for you. But unless you steal dub or scam people you are not making elite to eat....unless DT changes the rules all of a sudden because the only people in his region that go to ETE are X8 people. That sucks for him I guess since he always viewed X8 as his least favorite branch...maybe because X8 had the most fun, got along the best, and could care more about going out and drinking as a branch and friends then go to his shitty happy hours to drink with 44 or Xk. (although a few people from XK and 44 had fun with X8)

Oh geez, 44 what a nightmare. They should send Guantanamo Bay Prisoners to that branch and make them suffer even worse. That branch is more crazy then some airport branches. Nothing but insurance rentals so no one wants to be there, people never want to give you a deposit, your callbacks are like going through every word in the dictionary, FR (Pac Honda) are filled with a bunch of retards and worst of all, DT is always there to friggin' annoy you and act all high and mighty around you. I remember times where I would ask my assistant if anything needed to go to Gibbs or I'd go to car sales and act like I had a lead when in reality I just wanted to avoid being there for just a few minutes. I looked forward to Monday mornings and Friday evenings at that branch like I am going to look forward to having my prostate examined years from now with someone sticking their finger up my ass. People who move to X8 and XK cry when they find out they have to help out at 44 for one day (and I cant say I blame them). 90% of the people who do well their are either shady or con artists. Someone should just burn that branch to the ground. The Fire Department probably wont put it out out of respect for the community. Wait, what community, Kearny Mesa? Yuck, anyone notice it never rains in Kearny Mesa but usually in other places? That's because the sun always shines on the devil's asshole and the dildo to that asshole is a branch known as 3244.

Totally agree about 44. 44 was a nightmare, I remember all the crap that went on there. Especially with a dude who was hooking up with someone in corporate. That kid was such a shady assholle. Stole dub, lied his way to elite to eats and couldn't keep his entire face out of DT's ass. That fat asshole should wear a shirt saying "cheat to win". Just happy that the airport hated him just as much as 99% of DT's Area did. Back to 44. I remember just driving aimlessly after I dropped a customer off at their housse then lied to my useless assistant and told his goofy ass that the customer lived far away. That office made me want to kill myself, but for some reason I stayed with the company another 9 months after I left that shit hole. I should have quit that one day at FR when me and the other dude next to me had our belongings all packed up and were talking about grabbing some sake bombs after we quit. After a few months of being out of 44 I realized that it wasnt just the branch that sucked...but it was the job itself. That sweet bath towel I got for my christmas gift (a punch in the face would have been just as good), the constant bullshit I had to hear from the god damn guru's of ERAC telling me it was my career and I should embrace it, and oh all the sweet times DT rewarded a chick who called in sick more than the times I thought about quitting (believe me that is a lot).

DT deserves 3244, he deserved every last one of us who quit on him and fucked his retention. He deserves to be an AM for the next 6 years and he deserves the fact that his career is at a standstill. I dont give a fuck if he makes $100 a month or $100,000 a month for that matter. That guy can have his "sweet" job of sucking off the people he likes and treating the people he doesn't like shit.

Remember Austin, TX? No one does, because DT didn't get it, even when he thought he would.....tooo bad so sad. Remember N.County San Diego? Ha! Haley got it!

God bless every single person who helped aid in DT having to stay put. With enough hard work and dedication the generations that come after us will help that lame ass stay put...stay exactally where he belongs.
