If you are going to quit. Do it in style. Make a differance. Start compiling information on your manager's comments and everyday talk in the office. Make carefull notes and in the Exit interview let them fly. It will be fun. Also, start taking as much time off as you can. They love it when you take off on Mondays. You are entitled to use your time off, correct?. Use it to find a job and don't worry about it. Don't waste the next couple of weeks working from 7 to 7 and hating it.

You wouldn't believe the crap that I have put up with! Turst me...I complained and they ignored me. When I go out, I will let them know in the exit interview the illegal things that went on. I have crazy stories!

Various things that my BM did. Very illegal and very unethical.

I work in zz also...I think they are up to lose alot of people in the next month or so. I know of about 5 or 6 in my area alone that are border line quitting...including myself. But I think all the branches listed above are legit...but what the hell is ZN doing???? They have been killing the power ranking for a couple months now, they must be giving bj's to every cust!
