Promotions

What's goin on w the new Promotions (and demotion)???? I know it's fresh movement but I was passed up and I want to hear some trash-talking. Any news on upcoming changes?

I heard alot of people quit these last few weeks from ZZ especially Taylor's area...that guy will never get promoted...when the hell will corporate notice his area losses more people every year than the company combined.

I agree, Taylor sucks, that guy will never get promoted...and I say GOOD!

I think Su is a great addition to 44. That branch will rock. We will see. He's been restrained at F8 for way too long. Such a difference from the last BM.

DT is the worst area manager in the company. We all talk about his lack of leadership in the corporate office. I promise you he will never get above that level.. he lies to all his employees and is truly one of the most selfish people in the company. He only cares about himself and everyone can see that, which is why no one sticks it out in his area or works hard for him.

I agree with that, He is terrible. I heard that at least 3 or 4 people bailed recently and I know of a few that are on the verge of quitting. That is what? Like 10 people within the last year and some change. That is terrible, he is selfish, all he cares about is getting promoted. I know of 1 person who has been lied to countless times. Wake up corporate, smell the coffee, it is time to send "DT" a message. Besides anyone who can be friends with Conner can't be good for anything

That's what Enterprise is all about, getting ahead at all costs. DT is just playing the game.
