Unregisteredyaya~who's the first in line you think?... "paying the piper.."

Who's the new GM anyone know?

If every week it seems a new manager quits or is forced out who was it this week, who will it be next week?

Predictions anyone??

Everyone should know who the new GM is by now in group 34. If you still dont know then the best bet is just to follow the direction of the GRM's or area managers' lips. Their lips will point to a particular ass they are looking to kiss. The ass will belong to the new GM and thats how you find out who it is. As for any predictions i cant help you. I only know that people WILL leave, sooner than later. I do have a guarantee though. I know for a fact that they will rotate the same area managers for different positions and yield the same result. They will continue to blame everyone else for their failures until there is nobody left to blame.

Please, list the opportunities that ERAC (in group 34) offers and actually is good on their word? Ok, ok, yes you can move up quickly, but then what happens? When you're an MT, yes your BRM's are nazi's when it comes to your hours so that they don't pay you above the 50 hours you were "thoroughly explained" to by the recruiter. Yes, you are pressured to make those goals so that you can take a mundane handwritten test in the promise of more money. Yes you are studying for months for the all encompassing "grill" that has almost every MT shaking in their boots so that you can reach that "promotable" status.

Keep in mind ERAC doesn't want you to stay at that MA status long because it's a pay raise and yes, you are still hourly. Then, there you are, a prestigious Assistant Manager. You think, "Wow, I've made it, I have some power". Guess what, you are the hardest working employee in ERAC, you are now salaried which means that that enormous 50 hour workweek looks like paradise to your new schedule.

Lunches? Look back, do any of you remember your assistant manager or branch manager taking lunches? You are now the one who is watching the clock and sending your hourly employees home so that your personell expense doesn't negatively impact your commission and because you are now having to stay late so that you can finish up everything that couldn't and I stress COULD NOT be done during the day. Time managment has nothing to do with this because as the assistant you are responsible for: everyone, everything, fleet, esqi, schedules, ar's, jv's, reviews, delegation here, there and still you haven 't eaten anything other than that cold burger that one of your car preps got for you around 11am.

Yes, ERAC's promises are beautiful. But always remember, only 10% of branch managers make it to area manager. Calculate those numbers and see if it is really worth your precious time and mental stability.

An area manager once told me, "If your significant other doesn't like ERAC the relationship will never work". Maybe that significant other has seen what is really going on and doesn't want to be with a newly inducted cult member.

Well said my friend and what an accurate account of some of the lies that are handed to you in this corrupt and hateful group. You are just one of many that have seen this group for what it really is. As i have stated before more people are leaving in the very near future. The El Paso area is worse i hear than the Albuquerque faction but i cant say for sure. I do not know what area you worked at but I get a good vibe of where you are coming from. You are not alone you should hear what some of the accounts have said. Im not going to mention any accounts by name because they trusted me with some info but one very large insurance account said and i quote. "These area managers are so transparent they could be squid. They keep showing up at our call centers and invite my team for happy hours and functions and they still dont get the point of why I dont show up." This is from an account and yet if you talk to any area manager they will tell you that they are loved by their accounts. Im glad you stood up for yourself and voiced your opinion.

If you hate washing cars with a bucket and a garden hose then report the branch to the local city or State department of natural resources. The Branch will be forced to do one of two things, one they will have to use a commercial car wash or two spend the precious money and make capital improvements to the location and if ERAC don't own the branch location but has a lease then you may get lucky and get to listen to some tunes on the radio while driving to the car wash and most will cut a deal for a drive thru wash, can't trust you highly paid future manager with a hand full of quarters you may just put some in your pocket.

If I had to wash cars in all types of weather in your clothing, give a break report the branch and kick the bucket, hose & shop-vac to the curb along with some of the branches income. This will help you get even with you Area Manager, Branch Manager and will be a great way to welcome your new GM.

For more info on EPA reporting and ERAC getting away with it; just do a search of this site, ERAC does not always get away with it and more and more branches are getting reported.

All ERAC employees should report their own branch if they are washing cars on site without the proper setup & sewage connections after all ERAC is all about the enviroment as far as the press releases state, so why do they ignore the Clean Water Act and focus on only Clean Air, could it be that they don't want anyone to look too close at what they are really about, doing anything to save a buck.
