Any one from GP 35? Do you know why their GM Got FIRED???? Why is everyone leaving???

Sexual Harrasement

Strike 3 for sexual harassment. And of course, he wasn't technically "fired;" he somehow got to resign. I've heard that he had a thing for some younger, female employees but I'm sure they just weren't team players, or were told to "tough it out" for a few more months. Yet another reason 35's retention rate is in the gutter.

i have it on good source that he was let go for dropping
the N bomb! That pretty much sealed his fate and
was let go. There were people in upper management that
had it in for him and he said the wrong thing around the right people!

He was a ungrateful person that did not care about anyone but himself.

I left Gp. 35 a little over a year ago. I was with ERAC for about 2 yrs. It was probably one of the best decisions of my life. I now work less hours and make considerably more money. Just be prepared to work your ass off for some time before you can relax if you plan on staying w/ ERAC.

I do miss many of the people I worked with, most of them were good people just trying to make it.

GP35 is a joke, no matter what position you hold- BRM,ARM- it doesn't matter. Want me to name names and transgressions? Come on- lets all air our dirty laundry.

Useless HR mgr just quit. apparently she was going to get fired anyways.

So what happened to the HR manager??? Who will take that position and what is the dirt on that person??
