I'm not on either person's side here. i worked in rental for 2 years and you wouldn't believe the things renters get away with ! Steeling items from cars such as spare tires, renting a car to place something on theirs. Damaging a car and hiding it. I see what most of these cars looking like when they come off rent and come on people are fucking animals and they trash and destroy these cars just because it's a rental! Can this guy be a victim, yes did they rent the car out after her return it? maybe, but Loss Control needs to get that car in the shop asap. He should have returned the car or something.
Where this guy rented the car from there are 6 or 8 rental offices. that's beside the point anyways. I don't agree with puting these guys on blast and posting there info here. is it fair then for me to go look up this customer's info and list his name, phone # address, and whatever ?
sad to say is even if this guy ran this car off the road or ran over something he will probably get off

Please don't double-post. Our readers really hate it. And what's with the color thing? Black print is fine.

Did anything ever come from this? I'm currently having an issue that is nearly identical to this person's. I rented a jeep liberty which rode rough, had it a week and drove it less than 60 miles. After I returned it two weeks go by and I'm contacted and told I caused $720 of under body damage. I returned the vechile in the exact same condition it was loaned to me. I even told the person who I returned the vechile to they really need to look into the vechile because the wheel was shaking badly. I have tried to explain this to the claims agent but as the person after me returned it within a few hours they are blaming the damage on me. Its like a terrible case of you touched it last. Any advise?

Thanks

I have some advice - Don't drive a car for a week when it "rode rough". Return it right away or you will pay!
