Gibeaut got promoted to Baltimore to be the Controller there you toolbox. Did Neary really get Controller of this group. Can he still relocate being a registered sex offender?? When you say R.W. and C.N., Im guessing you are talking about Rob Wilson and Curt Neary. What all happened with them?
