Real estate. He buys and sells property all over the country. He was making more money doing that when he was with e than his e pay and that was nothing to laugh about.

Dave is a piece of garbage!!!! Their is no comparison between Cal A=and the womenizer. This guy can't even manage his own marriage let alone a group. This guy is a political idiot. He loves to promote women with unsatisfactory numbers. He has no clue on how to run this business, retention is at it's lowest,the company has lost dealership accounts, as well as other major accounts since he has been their. This guy is pethetic!!! How is Dave's marriage anyways?

Hi all of you people who think you know Dave.... I know him.... REALLY KNOW HIM (if you know what I mean)... and I'm here to help you out. Anytime there is a change in management, there is going to be an adjustment period... one for the new manager and one for his employees. Dave's track record in his former divisions stand on their own. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been promoted all these years. Secondly, his people up north love him... not 'loved', in the past tense. If you have an open line of communication with him (suck up a bit to get the communication flowing), he will be good to you. You will be happier at work, and the positive energy will flow... to your team and to your customers... gaining better retention internally and for customers.

Anyway, as for his personal life... Dave is going through a hard time right now. His bitch wife, who he married just before being transferred to Florida, didn't want to move. So, he's in Florida alone while trying to maintain his marriage, after living in New York all his life, away from his life-long friends and his family. Can you imagine being so in love with a woman and having her choose to keep her life in the freezing north instead of living in Florida with her new husband? Are you people so insensitive that you can't understand the pain he must be going through? He is a human being for God's sake. So, yes, he probably drinks a bottle of wine every night (not sure though)... I would too, if I were in love with someone who doesn't give a shit about me and after planning to spend the rest of my life with them.

Get to know him on a more personal basis, and understand his managerial style. It is the best thing you can do for yourselves.
