Anyway, as for his personal life... Dave is going through a hard time right now. His bitch wife, who he married just before being transferred to Florida, didn't want to move. So, he's in Florida alone while trying to maintain his marriage, after living in New York all his life, away from his life-long friends and his family. Can you imagine being so in love with a woman and having her choose to keep her life in the freezing north instead of living in Florida with her new husband? Are you people so insensitive that you can't understand the pain he must be going through? He is a human being for God's sake. So, yes, he probably drinks a bottle of wine every night (not sure though)... I would too, if I were in love with someone who doesn't give a shit about me and after planning to spend the rest of my life with them.

Get to know him on a more personal basis, and understand his managerial style. It is the best thing you can do for yourselves.

WOW!!! You must really be in love with Dave to be that full of shit. Let me guess you are a former manager that he had when he was a area manager in New York. You alway felt a connection between you and him, but wait.... He was getting married to his CURRENT wife (At least for the time being) and it didn't work out.....Boo Hoo. The only reason you make it sound like you KNOW Dave is because you are a women that he either used and abused or you fantasized about him doing so.
