we are heading off to vegas to take advantage of the crashing residential real estate market as well as for some r & d for my upcoming honolulu project prior to celebrating new years in crans montana. ive done weeks of research on the vegas market and have already created a shortlist of a several homes i will purchase since the market has crashed and prices are now under $120/sq. ft. for cash purchases in decent areas like summerlin, southern highlands, and anthem........as the days get closer i started to have nightmares that some e-monkey with pocket$ full of ca$h will buy out all these properties out from under me, lmfao!!!! come on e-monkies, its x-mas time so please keep the holiday spirit in check and dont buy up everything in sight and allow us ordinary people experience to play in the same arena as the ultra successful and wealthy, lmfao!!!!

almost forgot......being an ordinary guy without the mean$ of the mega earning e-monkey, this will be my first trip to crans montana so any advice on restaurants, nightclubs, and bars will be much appreciated.....im hearing a place called bar 7 is suppose to be quite popular. we all know that crans montana is probably just a weekend getaway for the ultra successful e-monkey with pockets full of cash, lmfao!!!!

you ultra weathly e-monkeys must of been busy and occupied power shopping as i was able to pick up two homes i had on my short list......it was quite stressful to think all my research creating my short list could go up in smoke with the buying power of the e-monkey, lmfao!
