futures traders are betting we havent seen the worst in the residential market and the worst is yet to come with the bloodbath and downward spiral into november 2008........gotta love it!!!! the foreclosures will continue to hit the market and although mortgage interest rates have held steady, 800+ credit scores is as good as rubbish if you dont have ca$h for min. 20% down combined with little or no revolving debt. life must really suck to have to face reality and actually realize the american dream is a far fetch mirage similar to the potential jillions as an e-monkey, lmfao!
